For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Automo Japan, 5/13, Block # D, Satmasjid Road, Lalmatia, Dhaka.
• Item refer to the auction sheet available to verify on the website.
• Orders mean a request by You to verify auction sheet/purchase goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to automojapan.com.bd, accessible from http://automojapan.com.bd
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 07 working days if you fail to obtain auction sheet from our site or If we are unable to provide you with auction sheet you requested through our site.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 07 working days from the date on which You have placed the order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Return

As auction sheet verification is digital service so we are unable to process a return for such services :

Refund Policy & Time line

You are entitled to get a refund within 07 working days only if you fail to obtain auction sheet from our site or If we are unable to provide you with auction sheet you requested through our site .

Refund will be issued to the same Bank/MFS accounting you initially made the payment from .

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Auction Sheet Delivery Timeline

Auction Sheet are delivered instantly to the e-mail; customers provide during Auction Sheet verification. If the customer is unable to get an automated email containing true report. We will deliver the available auction sheet for the chassis he/she requested to his designated email address withing 07 working days:

We cannot be held responsible for wrong report caused by customer entering wrong chassis number or confirming an order without matching the chassis number with the image displayed during the verification process.

Stock Purchase-Sales Process:

1. Finalize your required vehicle from our Ready stocks.
2. Communicate with us to our designated e-mail address and/or WhatsApp/ mobile messaging.
3. Deposit your booking amount (Minimum 5 Lac) to our designated bank accounts & get money receipt against it.
4. Once you are ready with your all documents that required for vehicle registration you will get 1 day to deposit the full payment of the vehicle.
5. After the payment received, vehicle will be ready for BRTA registration and subsequently deliver as per committed condition.

Stock Purchase-Sales Term & Conditions:

1. If you cancel the booking after payment, you will be charged as follows:
2. Tk.1.00 lac will be deducted as vehicle cancellation penalty
3. After deduction in this manner, you will be entitled to receive the rest amount once the vehicle is sold from our end.
4. After finalization of vehicle pricing with you no bargaining will be entertained.
5. You can cancel your booking if the vehicle is failed to meet the standard health check report from any reputed workshop or diagnostic center, change of vehicle from Automo Japan and/or find any discrepancies with the provided information (Auction Sheet and others specified by Automo Japan).
6. You will get a full invoice against your order.
7. Standard service warranty will be entitled on your order.
8. For BRTA Registration & Insurance cost will be borne by you separately.
9. BRTA registration cost is subject to separate service charge of AUTOMO JAPAN.

I hereby certify that:

1) I have read and understand the terms and conditions which are integral part of this Agreement;

2) I hereby agree to comply with the attached terms and conditions; and

3) To the best of my knowledge, all of the information provided in this application request form is complete and true.

I, undersigned, hereby give consent to Purchase the mentioned unit from Automo Japan.

Pre-Booking Process:

1. Finalize your required vehicle from our upcoming stocks.
2. Communicate with us to our designated e-mail address and/or WhatsApp/ mobile messaging.
3. Deposit your Pre-booking amount (Minimum 5 Lac) to our designated bank accounts & get money receipt against it.
4. Once we received the vehicle IGM from port authorities, we will forward the same notification to you. In this regard you will get 3 days to deposit the next payment of the vehicle.
5. After the payment received, vehicle will be released from port and subsequently deliver as per committed condition.

Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions:

1. If you cancel the booking after payment, you will be charged as follows:
2. Tk.1.00 lac will be deducted as vehicle cancellation penalty
3. Tk.0.50 lac will be deducted as vehicle holding charge

After deduction in this manner, you will be entitled to receive the rest amount once the vehicle is sold from our end.

2. After finalization of vehicle pricing with you no bargaining will be entertained.
3. You are giving acceptance for the delay of vehicle delivery due to any reason caused by Shipping Authorities, decision of Bangladesh or Japan Govt. or such authorities approved by Govt.
4. Any delayed/non receiving of vehicle for more than 3 months other than any reason mentioned above will be considered as cancellation of booking from both ends.
5. You can cancel your booking if the vehicle is failed to meet the standard health check report from any reputed workshop or diagnostic center, change of vehicle from Automo Japan and/or find any discrepancies with the provided information (Auction Sheet and others specified by Automo Japan) after arrival of the vehicle from Port.
6. Port Warf Rent charges will be borne by you if you fail to pay and take delivery as per your commitment.
7. You will get a full invoice against your order.
8. Standard service warranty will be entitled on your order.
9. For BRTA Registration & Insurance cost will be borne by you separately.
10. BRTA registration cost is subject to separate service charge of AUTOMO JAPAN.

I hereby certify that:

1) I have read and understand the terms and conditions which are integral part of this Agreement;

2) I hereby agree to comply with the attached terms and conditions; and

3) To the best of my knowledge, all of the information provided in this application request form is complete and true.

I, undersigned, hereby give consent to Pre-Book the mentioned unit from Automo Japan.

Pre Order Booking Process:

1. Finalize your vehicle requirement (type, packages, color, year model & others) with us and let us know your maximum budget/price of the vehicle you are ready to buy.
2. Communicate with us to our designated e-mail address and/or whatsApp/ mobile messaging.
3. Deposit your Pre-Order booking amount (depends on the vehicle) to our designated bank accounts & get money receipt against it.
4. Give your consent to our designated contact numbers or email for enabling us to purchase the same from Japan Live Auction.
5. Deposit your 2nd payment (Tk.10.00 lac or 50% value of the vehicle, whichever is higher) within 5 working days which is to be considered as your confirmation for the vehicle to be opened for LC and shipment procedures. A money receipt in this regard will be issued in favor of you.
6. Once we received the vehicle IGM from port authorities, we will forward the same notification to you. In this regard you will get 3 days to deposit the final payment of the vehicle.
7. After full payment received, vehicle will be released from port and subsequently deliver as per committed condition.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

1. Vehicle price is subject to change in case of: Change of Transaction Rates & Figure, Govt. Tax/Duty/Vat, Vehicle Modification cost and/or any other incidental cost.
2. You will be notified the vehicle price upon successful purchase of the vehicle. We are not liable to provide you any costing breakdown and/or cost particulars except vehicle purchase price and govt. duty.
3. Pre-Order booking amount is always refundable without charging any extra amount. But on successful purchase from Japan Live Auction you cannot deny or modify or change your requirement. In case of such event, full booking amount will be forfeited.
4. If you cancel booking after 2nd payment, you will charged as follows:
5. Tk.1.00 lac will be deducted as service charge b. Tk.0.50 lac will be deducted as vehicle cancellation penalty c. Tk.1.00 lac will be deducted as vehicle holding charge

After deduction in this manner, you will be entitled to receive the rest amount once the vehicle is sold from our end.

6. You will accept delay of vehicle delivery due to any reason caused by Shipping Authorities, decision of Bangladesh or Japan Govt. or such authorities approved by Govt.
