Booking/Pre-order Cancelation, Authorization, Penalty, Return & Refund Policy

> PRE-ORDER BOOKING OF VEHICLE

1. An Auction Security Amounting Tk.1.00 lac (Taka One Lac) is required before the Auction Bidding of the vehicle in Japan Live Auction. *Auction security Amount may vary due to vehicle price and its’ exclusiveness.

2.Bidding confirmation from client is required for bidding through official medium.

3.Customer will get the full reimbursement of the Auction Security Money only if the vehicle is not successfully purchased from Japan Live Auction.

4. Auction Security Amount will be forfeited if the customer cancels his booking with or without showing any cause whatsoever after successful bidding of the vehicle from Japan Live Auction.

5. Payment shall be made phase by phase by the customer after successful bidding of the vehicle.

7. Delayed payment may cause delayed shipment of the vehicle.

8. We contain rights to charge penalty from (0.5 to 1.5)% on any payment schedule default of the customer.

9. Customer has to bear Tk.400.00 per day as Wharf Rent (Port Charge)/day, if the customer failed to release the vehicle after arrival of the vehicle in Port of Bangladesh.

10. Payment shall have to be paid in full before completion of BRTA registration of the vehicle.

11. Customer has to bear any cost at actual due to abrupt/typical changes in Custom Duty/Tax Structure/Freight Cost/Foreign Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuation and any other material content.

12. Customer has to bear every cost incurred due to cancellation or modification of shipment schedule of the vehicle. Please note that, AUTOMO JAPAN has no access to control/modify the shipping schedule. Shipping schedule is determined by the shipping lines and booked by the supplier/agent thus AUTOMO JAPAN will no longer in place to compensate any financial loss or delayed delivery of Pre-Ordered vehicle.

If any content is pay no heed to any material content prescribed at this juncture; The Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy of AUTOMO JAPAN will equally act as the obligatory terms & condition and policy to be followed.

> PRE-BOOKING OF VEHICLE

1. Customer shall have to deposit the initial booking money of Tk.1.00 lac (Taka One Lac) for the vehicle to be pre-booked. Pre Booking Amount may vary because of vehicle price and its’ exclusiveness.

2. Customer shall have to deposit at least 50% value of the Pre-Booked vehicle before releasing the vehicle from the Port.

3. Customer shall have to deposit the rest of the amount of the Pre-Booked vehicle before completion of BRTA Registration.

4. Delayed payment may cause delayed delivery of the Pre-Booked vehicle.

5. We contain rights to charge penalty from (0.5 to 1)% on any payment schedule default of the customer.

6. Customer has to bear Tk.400.00 per day as Wharf Rent (Port Charge)/day, if the customer failed to release the Pre-Booked vehicle after arrival of the vehicle in Port of Bangladesh.

> Ready Stock Vehicle in Showroom/Warehouse/Port

1. No cancelation fees would be charged to the customer if he/she cancel the order and claim the booking money within 48 hours of his/her booking. He will get full reimbursement from AUTOMO JAPAN through Account Payee Cheque/PO/Bank Transfer.

2. Tk.1.00 lac to be charged as penalty to the customer if he/she cancels the booking after 48 hours

3. If booking is cancel- an amount of Tk.2.00 lac will be charged as penalty after releasing the vehicle from any port of Bangladesh (in case the vehicle is ready at Port).

4. AUTOMO JAPAN will forfeit the earlier deposited amount if customer fails to pay the prescribed payment at point of time or stage and it will be considered as the Booking Cancelation from customers’ end.
