- A reconditioned car may be auctioned more than 1 time and as a result may have different auction grades and different mileages. Moreover, some auction houses are lenient while some are extremely rigid in nature. As a result, you may have seen different marking with inspection notes from one auction to another. Don’t get confused-you should consider the latest auction inspection result.

- Vehicles from Tender Auction and One Price Market are not bad always. It is as usual like Live Auction. However, you should check the condition and mileage of the vehicle whenever you are ready to buy. Many Japanese businessmen buy from Tender Auction or One Price Market and then sell it in Live Auction.

- All markings and notes are not as terrible as it explained in the auction sheet and it is also true that you may find something in the car noticeable when you see the car physically. Therefore we recommend you to check the car physically or take it to a vehicle diagnostic center for vehicle health check as last checking.

- Use rational approach method when you assess an auction sheet as there is no such benchmark for auction grade and mileage. Buy the vehicle according to your budget.

- Japanese Auction Sheet can be translated into English or Bangla through Google Translator or other similar application and you might take translation service to understand an auction sheet. Be very careful as some auction sheet is handwritten and can’t be translated very easily. Moreover it may sometimes give you wrong messages. So use rational approaches i.e., only consider key items for taking decision.

- If you seller don’t supply the auction sheet try to get the Vehicle Chassis number at least so that you can get the auction sheet at least.
